I can't say enough good things about Bixby Knolls Mortgage. I recently completed a refinance after using them for a home purchase 18 months ago. For the purchase they were extremely helpful and didn't disappoint when it was time to refinance.

Hands down to the Bixby Knolls Mortgage company. They are the BEST in the WEST. Not only is Tom extremely knowledgeable in the area of home loans, but he is an expert in VA loans. Being a military wife and lawyer, we were looking for a mortgage company who would make the process as stress free as possible. Lets just say the whole process took 30 days to complete. Tom and Lauren constantly communicated with our Realtor Derrick Cabrera and we were always on the same page. For more than 10 years I have lived close by Bixby Knolls Mortgage office in Long Beach and I was driving by it daily. My experience started in 2015 when my agent introduced me to them when I was looking to secure my home loan to purchase my first home. Although, I shopped around for getting the loan from my own banks and other lenders, Bixby Knolls Mortgage always beat them. They were very quick and prompt with the responses, explaining everything down to the last detail until I was comfortable and understood the process. Tom called me and explained me the process, the rates and their trend, the economical factors affecting home loans and always he made me feel confident with the team that was working behind the scenes. Others, including the banks I have accounts with they made mistakes in the preapproval letters and they were slow with their replies to either my phone calls or my email communications.
